How do I open the gate?
Front Gate You give your lot number to your friends or guests and when they drive up to the front gate (Canada Road); they punch in your lot number on the dialpad and hit the call button. They must add a zero before there lot number at the gate. for lot 32 you must enter 032 ** guests have to push the buttons to call from the console at the gate, sometimes guests just drive up to the gate and call on their cell phones, which won't work. Guests can also scroll down the list at the gate to your name,,, after they have set you up on the phone list; and then hit the Call Button
Back Gate The back gate off of Seed Tick automatically opens between the hours of 6am to 6pm monday thru saturday...and sometimes on sunday. When coming into the subdivision you just drive up to the gate about 3 feet from it and it will automatically open. When you leave, pull up to the gate, about 10 feet from it(because the gate opens towards the car) and it should open automatically. So any guests can come in on Seed Tick during those hours, but outside of those times they have to come to the front gate (Back gate isn't hooked to the phone system) You can also use your Remote to open the back gate |
